Job summary

PCL Constructors Canada Inc. in Toronto seeks Accounting Students for the Toronto District within our Canadian Buildings Division for 4 or 8 months starting January 2027.

As an Accounting Student, you will enter invoices, reconcile bank and Visa, support costing and reporting, and assist with accounts receivable and subcontract administration. The role offers exposure to multiple projects and a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices and perform bank and Visa reconciliations in the PCL accounting system.
• Support courier and phone costing, and run/update reports.
• Reconcile supplier statements and assist with accounts receivable reporting.
• Support weekly cheque printing, client progress billings, and subcontract administration.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for entering invoices, bank and Visa reconciliations into the PCL accounting system.

Supports with courier and phone costing as well as running and updating reports.

Helps reconcile supplier statements and preparing accounts receivable reports.

Supports activities such as weekly cheque printing, client progress billings, and subcontract administration.

Qualifications

Your unique skills of various software programs including word processing, and spreadsheet applications.

The estimated hourly range for this role is $19.57- $28.69, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
