Qualifications

  • CPA designation required with a minimum of five years in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.

About the role

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Spécialiste en comptabilité, Information de Gestion du Groupe pour rejoindre notre équipe de Finances Corporatives.

Pourquoi ce rôle est important :

En tant que Spécialiste, Information de Gestion du Groupe, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la production et l'analyse de l'information financière figurant au rapport de gestion (MD&A) et du rapport d’Information financière supplémentaire, ainsi que l'information sectorielle dans les états financiers consolidés. Votre contribution permettra de fournir des informations financières clés à la haute direction ainsi qu’aux parties prenantes externes, leur permettant d’évaluer notre performance financière. Vous participerez également à l'évolution des processus de production des rapports financiers, apportant ainsi votre expertise à une équipe dynamique et novatrice.

Relevant du Directeur Information de Gestion du Groupe, vous serez responsable de:

  • Préparer sur une base trimestrielle les informations financières et indicateurs de performance, incluant les mesures financières supplémentaires et les mesures sectorielles, figurant dans le rapport d’Information financière supplémentaire ainsi qu’au MD&A. Veiller à l'exactitude et à l'exhaustivité de ces informations, ainsi que s’assurer du rapprochement des mesures financières non conformes aux PCGR avec les mesures IFRS les plus comparables.
  • Contribuer à la revue des informations soumises par les différentes régions du groupe afin d’assurer l'intégrité, l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité des données financières ainsi que la conformité avec nos politiques internes.
  • Préparer, sur une base mensuelle, des rapports de gestion ainsi que l’analyse des dépenses du siège social par rapport au budget et aux dernières prévisions. Répondre aux questions de la haute direction.
  • Contribuer à la revue du rapport de gestion, des communiqués de presse, du rapport annuel et des autres documents publiés à l'externe.
  • Élaborer des présentations destinées à la haute direction.
  • Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration de processus et poursuivre les initiatives d'automatisation en cours afin de tirer profit des outils technologiques et d'améliorer la qualité des informations financières consolidées disponibles pour la haute direction.
  • Produire des contrôles 52-109 afin de maintenir un environnement de contrôle interne robuste.
  • Répondre à des demandes ponctuelles et participer à des projets spéciaux.
  • Entretenir de bonnes relations avec les intervenants internes.

LIEU DE TRAVAIL: Montréal (2020, boul. Robert-Bourassa), en mode hybride

Vos compétences
  • Titre comptable CPA
  • Minimum de cinq années d’expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire
  • Solides aptitudes en communication orale, écrite et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Capacité à interagir avec diverses personnes de tous les niveaux de l’organisation, y compris les membres de la direction et certains intervenants externes
  • Capacité d’apprentissage rapide et d’adaptation aux changements
  • Fortes aptitudes analytiques, de synthèse, et de rigueur
  • Avoir du leadership, esprit d’équipe, autonome et efficace
  • Capacité à travailler sous la pression et bien gérer le stress
  • Connaissances d’Oracle, de FCCS ou de l’implantation de ces outils, un atout
  • Connaissance de l’industrie de l’assurance, un atout
  • Bilinguisme (français / anglais) - Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays
