Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required
• At least three years of related experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files and performs general cost accounting
• Prepares monthly balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other financial reports required by management
• Reconciles monthly bank accounts, payroll and other financial accounts
• Develops, maintains, and analyzes financial records to track assets, liabilities, profit and loss or other financial activities
• Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
• Provides support during annual audit process and assistance to perform annual tax filings
• Performs other duties as assigned
