Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in Mississauga to provide essential administrative support and coordinate sales activities across the Americas. You will prepare reports, track deadlines, and assist the Commercial team with customer-facing tasks to drive efficient sales processes.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree (bachelor preferred), 3 years in fast-paced logistics or customer service, and fluent Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service/logistics environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support for the growth of the Intra-Americas business for Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.
• Collaborate with sales teams across the Americas to assemble reports and track deadlines.
• Support CRM related activities and ad-hoc sales requests as needed.
