Contract Opportunity: This position will be a contract opportunity of four (4) months, with a possible extension.

Reporting to the Finance Manager in the FP&A team covering the parts and service organization, the Accounting Specialist plays a critical role in the timely and accurate preparation of monthly reporting and will support an ERP project.

This is a unique contract role that will allow you to work with the FP&A team and see many different aspects of the finance world.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting with monthly reporting and forecasting
• Assisting with PowerPoint presentations
• Assisting with an ERP project, including but not limited to data analysis and conversion from multiple systems.
  
  • ERP project focused on the deferred revenue process
• Ensuring that the financial information is presented clearly, consistently, and on time

Requirements:

• Has obtained or is pursuing a University education in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to successfully meet deadlines and objectives in a fast-paced environment, i.e. ability to multi-task
• Detail-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
