SUMMARY

The Accounting/Reporting Analyst provides complex transactional support for financial and operational processes within a full accounting cycle, serving as a key financial resource for all business units and stakeholders.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis and Reporting

• Collaborates with project delivery and property management teams to compile and analyze data for budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc reports supporting contracts.
• Handles large data sets to create reports, identify trends, and conduct leading indicator analysis.
• Prepares and maintains accurate records for audits.
• Creates memos, explains variances, and summarizes findings and recommendations.

Accounting

• Reconciles Purchase Order processes to ensure compliance.
• Validates costing codes and processes business expenses for payment.
• Reviews and approves project budgets and client work authorizations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Researches outstanding invoice balances.
• Prepares and distributes monthly invoices and billing files.
• Posts month-end entries and compiles related reports.
• Sets up Accounts Receivable and Receipts Journal Vouchers and uploads to internal systems.
• Prepares spreadsheets for monthly A/R revenues and receipts, entering data into the system.
• Updates billing reports with current YTD information.
• Performs other duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills.

Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation

• CPA designation is desirable.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $52,864 - $66,080 per annum, based on experience, education, and performance.
