We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic financial team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles, as well as proficiency in various accounting software.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance on best practices and professional development.

Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

Conduct account reconciliations and account analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Assist in budgeting processes and financial forecasting to support strategic planning.

Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.

Prepare reports for senior management & engage in the decisions to manage business challenges and opportunities.

Experience :

Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role within the retail or manufacturing sectors.

Proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel.

4+ years of bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, budgeting, payroll processes, and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial documentation.

Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders across the organization.
