Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor the internal bookkeeping team

Manage tax preparation, compliance, and strategic planning

Support the financing and acquisition of real estate assets

Design and implement scalable financial systems and reporting structures

Collaborate closely with senior leadership on financial forecasting and strategy

Qualifications :
