Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the financial activities of assigned Prime Healthcare facilities. Manages the daily operations of the accounting team. Ensures accurate and complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Prepares and reviews monthly financial statement packets for the Controller and executive team. Maintains complete and accurate records of all financial transactions.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • One year of management experience
  • Three or more years of Accounting/Finance experience
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based personal computers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in business software applications

Preferred qualifications:

  • Two or more years of management experience
  • Experience with Meditech, Epic, and/or Lawson systems
  • CPA or Master’s Degree

Benefits may vary based on employment status (full-time, part-time, per diem, or temporary). The estimated annual total compensation range for this role is $87,360.00 to $121,971.20, including wages, benefits, and other compensation. The specific starting salary will be determined at hire, considering factors such as experience, education, credentials, and skills.
