Now Hiring: Accounting Manager – Downtown Toronto Law Firm

In-Office | $110,000 + 3 Weeks Vacation + Benefits + RSP

We have partnered with a respected boutique law firm in downtown Torontoto hire an experienced Accounting Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong legal accounting background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including trust and general reconciliations in compliance with LSO standards
• Own billing, A/P, A/R, HST filings, payroll, and financial reporting (month-end & year-end)
• Prepare daily cash flow reports and oversee benefits, insurance, and lawyer compensation
• Liaise with the bank and other external partners
• Support special projects and firm-wide financial planning

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting role
• Proficient in PCLaw
• Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, close-knit professional environment
