Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant accounting experience, with flexibility based on the candidate’s experience and level of responsibility.
• Public practice experience is essential.
• CPA designation is not required, although CPA candidates and designated professionals are welcome to apply.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with compilation engagements and personal/corporate tax preparation.
• Interest in leadership, business development, and progressing toward partnership is a strong asset.
