ROSNO Management & Leasing is looking for someone experienced in all aspects of accounting for multi-residential and commercial, property management company to join our team in our Halifax office!

As the successful individual, you will bring to the table:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting for property management
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and experience in Yardi or comparable Property Management software
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills - must be able to multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Thrives in a team environment

What you will be doing:

• Administering all real estate in Yardi
• Posting rental payments
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Overseeing bank auto payments
• Tracking with Excel spreadsheets
• Tenant relations
