Reporting to the Owner of the company, this position is a stand-alone Accountant role. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle Accounting for the business from AP to month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle accounting - AP, AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations
• Prepare taxes - GST, HST
• Financial Statement preparation for external accountant
• Job Costing and profitability analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of full-cycle Bookkeeping/Accounting
• Proficiency in Quickbooks
• Intermediate Excel
