Overview

As an Account Supervisor, you will have full responsibility for growing client relationships and managing a team. You will deliver results for search campaigns, maintain client satisfaction, and contribute to the company's growth. You will communicate with GroupM practice leads, agency partners, and clients, fostering career development and expertise in data-driven search and social media.

Position Summary

You should have significant experience in digital media, team development, and leadership. You are passionate and eager to expand your skills in search and social media.

Agency Relationships
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and agency stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve client risks proactively.
  • Work with clients to understand needs, develop strategies, and implement services.
  • Manage campaigns with strategies like prospecting, remarketing, and contextual targeting.
  • Set and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Apply best practices for optimization and workflows.
  • Base decisions on data and analytical techniques.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for insights and strategies.
Strategic Leadership
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in industry and client contexts.
  • Educate clients on search, social, and eCommerce integration.
  • Understand client businesses and generate ideas to improve performance.
  • Support media recommendations with analysis.
  • Build trust and credibility, leading to client referrals.
Coaching, Training, Mentoring, and Team Growth
  • Manage and mentor team members at all levels.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance skills.
  • Foster teamwork and creativity.
Account Administration and Governance
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs on media authorization, billing, and budgeting.
  • Improve processes for seamless operations and client service.
Preferred Experience
  • 4+ years in Paid Search agency roles.
  • 3+ years managing client relationships.
  • Strong account management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record in client development and service.
  • Knowledge of campaign management, media planning, and buying.
  • Proven campaign success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and leadership experience.
Nice To Have
  • Experience or understanding of eCommerce.
