About the Role:

Join Ove’s Client Service Team as an Account Supervisor and Research Associate to drive strategic client relationships and ensure successful project execution. This role focuses on fostering strategic partnerships, communicating effectively with clients, and leading projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Client Partnership: Cultivate and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients. Act as a primary contact for assigned projects and brands.
• Project Management: Oversee project planning, including scope, timelines, and financial tracking. Ensure projects align with strategic goals.
• Research & Strategy: Conduct research to support project strategies. Analyze business, consumer, and market data to offer insights and identify opportunities.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and proactive communication with teams, clients, and partners. Develop presentations and robust documentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams, including Publicis, to deliver cohesive, strategic solutions.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements. Maintain organized project documentation and conduct project reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of branding, design and strategic communication.
• Proven experience in project management and client service.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop strategic recommendations and presentations.
• Proactive and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Detail oriented, high degree of expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
