Our client, a multinational company in the Aviation industry located in the south shore (Longueuil) of Montreal, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Account Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site position in Longueuil, QC.

1.0 Purpose

This document outlines the responsibilities and qualifications required for the Kelly Services Account Specialist role.

2.0 Scope

The responsibilities of this position apply to all full-time Kelly Services employees working as Account Specialists.

3.0 Responsibilities

General responsibilities:

The Account Specialist ensures a continuous flow of parts to production, meeting quality, delivery, and contractual standards. Responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, conducting business reviews, and coordinating improvement initiatives.

Additional duties include:

• Building strong relationships with internal suppliers.
• Leading regular business reviews to facilitate effective communication.
• Monitoring supplier performance using existing tools and supporting teams such as Quality, Engineering, and Technical Departments, while coordinating improvement plans.
• Managing supplier KPIs.
• Identifying risks, developing strategic plans with suppliers, and communicating with senior leadership regularly.
• Leading delivery assurance reviews and representing the team in shortage meetings.

Specific responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing processes and tools for supplier management.
• Ensuring business continuity and implementing improvement actions.
• Managing escalations to support delivery to customers.
• Driving on-time delivery and resolving overdue orders.
• Contributing to customer satisfaction and achieving financial targets.

4.0 Qualifications

Required qualifications (English):

• University diploma in Supply Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Leadership by influence and effective collaboration.
• Customer-oriented with strong business acumen.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of systems and Material Requirements Planning (MRP); SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

This role requires on-site work at the office.
