Your typical workday will involve interaction and engagement with members and potential members, ensuring they receive the best experience possible from the moment they walk in our doors.

Here’s what you need to know:

Role:

Account Representatives are talented team members responsible for using their tenacity and enthusiasm to nurture new business accounts and exceed new membership sales objectives. They generate sales leads and match each new member’s unique needs, interests, and goals with the right Club products, services, and people.

Account Representatives also deliver an exceptional customer service experience to current members! They are strong relationship builders, maintaining regular contact to retain members, motivate them, and help them meet their health and fitness goals. They answer member questions regarding their membership, address concerns, and ensure members and guests feel welcomed.

Role Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education related to the health and fitness industry is an asset. Additional certifications or workshops related to sales, marketing, and administration are strongly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related sales and customer service experience is required.
  • Related industry experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness) is an asset.
