Job summary

Movati Athletic Inc. in Edmonton is seeking Account Representatives to nurture new business accounts and exceed membership sales objectives by tailoring Movati products and services to members’ needs.

You will deliver exceptional customer service to current members, maintain relationships, and help members feel welcomed as they pursue their health goals. This role emphasizes strong communication and team collaboration in a fitness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education related to health and fitness industry is an asset. Related certifications or workshops related to sales, marketing and administration are a strongly preferred.
• 1+ years related sales and customer service are required.
• Related industry experience is an asset (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Nurture new business accounts and exceed new membership sales objectives by generating leads and matching each new member’s needs with the right Movati products, services and people.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to current members; maintain regular contact to retain, motivate and assist health and fitness goals.
• Answer member questions regarding memberships, manage concerns and ensure members and guests feel welcomed.

Role:

Account Representatives are talented team members responsible for using their tenacity and enthusiasm to nurture new business accounts and exceed new membership sales objectives. They do this by generating sales leads and matching each new member’s unique needs, interests and goals with the right Club products, services and people.

Account Representatives consistently deliver an exceptional customer service experience to current members too! They are strong relationship builders and maintain regular contact with Club members to retain them, motivate them and assist them in meeting their health and fitness goals. They are available to answer member questions regarding their membership, manage and resolve any concerns and ensure members and guests feel welcomed.

• The posting is for an existing, currently open position.

The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
