Job summary

Movati Athletic Inc. in Edmonton is seeking an Account Representative to drive new membership sales while delivering outstanding member experiences. You will identify prospects, match their goals with Movati products and services, and build lasting relationships with current members to promote retention.

In this role you will handle inquiries about memberships, resolve concerns, and contribute to a welcoming, healthy club culture. Prior sales or customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education related to health and fitness is an asset; sales/administration workshops are a plus.
• 1+ years related sales and customer service experience required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or fitness is an asset.

Role:

Account Representatives are talented team members responsible for using their tenacity and enthusiasm to nurture new business accounts and exceed new membership sales objectives. They do this by generating sales leads and matching each new member's unique needs, interests and goals with the right Club products, services and people.

Account Representatives consistently deliver an exceptional customer service experience to current members too! They are strong relationship builders and maintain regular contact with Club members to retain them, motivate them and assist them in meeting their health and fitness goals. They are available to answer member questions regarding their membership, manage and resolve any concerns and ensure members and guests feel welcomed.

• The posting is for an existing, currently open position.

The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary education related to health and fitness industry is an asset. Additional certifications or workshops related to sales, marketing and administration are a strongly preferred.


• 1 + years related sales and customer service are required.


• Related industry experience is an asset (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.).
