Job summary

PixMob, a team of 100+ passionate people crafting connected light experiences for live events, is seeking an organized Accounts Payable Technician. You will keep our financial engine running smoothly by handling the full AP cycle under the Director of Finance.

We value accuracy, collaboration, and a proactive mindset. The role requires DEC in Accounting with 3–5 years of experience, fluency in French and English, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: DEC in Accounting with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong mastery of Excel, Google Sheets, and the Office Suite.
  • Languages: Fluent in both spoken and written French and English.
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. A true team player with great communication skills!

Responsibilities

  • Full Accounts Payable Management: Manage the complete accounts payable cycle (vendor creation, invoice entry, validation, approvals, payment preparation, subsidiary ledger analysis, and vendor communication).
  • Expense Accounts & Credit Cards (Float): Validate receipts, ensure correct expense allocation, obtain approvals, and sync data into the accounting system up to payment.
  • Financial Operations: Perform bank reconciliations, prepare banking transactions for payments, and participate in month-end analyses.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process optimization, participate in key projects, and assist with related tasks as needed.

We’re looking for an organized Accounts Payable Technician who wants to keep our financial engine running smoothly while being an active part of our dynamic, human culture.

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient management of our accounts payable.

Your mission: Handle daily accounts payable's financial operations while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Key Responsibilities
