Canadian Standards Association (CSA Group) is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Finance team in Canada. You will handle vendor invoices, cash settlements, and AP workflows within SAP/Workday environments, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
As a minimum, post-secondary education in accounting/finance and at least two years of related experience are required. The role supports auditors and works with procurement and other departments to maintain strong financial controls.

Works within the core accounting team, under the Canadian Standards Association’s Finance Function. Primary function is to perform: Vendor invoice processing; Cash settlement transactions (including vendor payments and transfers of cash); and Addressing accounts payable and vendor payment matters
Reports to Finance Manager or equivalent. Works with and communicates with external vendors, banks and Canadian Standards Association personnel, as required.
Participates in the Canadian Standards Associations incentive targets. Responsible for ensuring the Workday/SAP/Email inbox is cleared on a timely basis and maintained current. Responsible for ensuring the AP inbox/AP drive containing vendor invoices is actioned on a daily basis and maintained current.
Expected to work from the office based on the schedule as agreed with team and within Company guidelines and policies and utilize tools provided (phone, personal computer with extended screen) Expected to work past normal working hours on occasion with rest of Finance team (i.e. in preparation for and during annual financial statement audit [March through May] and occasionally at Month-end).
Post-secondary education, preferably Accounting or Finance related A minimum of 2 years of related experience Requires working knowledge of one or more of the following computer applications: SAP (AP, GL, AR), Workday, BOFA, Bill Pay (web service) RBC, and Concur.
As per the collective agreement, the starting bi-weekly pay rate for an Accounts Payable Administrator is $2,346.20 CAD gross.
CSA Group reserves the right to determine the appropriate level and pay step within the band, and this will depend on factors such as education, licenses, certifications and experience.
