The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to process payables, including cheques and EFTs, and to support the accounting team with journal entries and credit card transactions. The role requires a post-secondary accounting diploma and at least one year of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.
A hybrid work arrangement may be considered after probation, and successful candidates will provide a Criminal Record
Clerk, Accounts Payable works independently to process payables including cheques and electronic funds transfers. The Accounts Payable Clerk also provides assistance to the Accounting department with entering journal entries and credit card transactions.
The annual salary for this position is $53,816 and includes a comprehensive benefits package and pension plan.
During the 90-day probationary period, the successful candidate will be required to work from CPSA's downtown Edmonton office. At the conclusion of a successful probationary period, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered.
