About the Role

The Account Payable Administrator plays a crucial role in the financial operations of our construction company, ensuring that all vendor invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the accounts payable ledger, which directly impacts our cash flow and vendor relationships. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers and procurement teams to verify that all expenses are justified and properly documented. Additionally, this role involves reconciling accounts and preparing reports that provide insights into our spending patterns. Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role, preferably within the construction industry.
