Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada recherche un Account Manager pour son équipe dynamique. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 3 ans d'expérience en vente ou service client, avec d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et en communication. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des relations avec des clients de premier plan au Canada et aiderez à atteindre les objectifs de vente de l'entreprise. Qualifications

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en vente et/ou service client.

What you’ll be doing:

  • As the Account Manager you will market and sell SPP products and services to new and existing customers and manage enterprise-level contracted client relationships
  • Your customers are some of the most exciting and recognized brands in Canada and you are responsible for customer satisfaction and for the delivery of commitments made by the company
  • Much of your day is spent communicating with your customers to solve their challenges and interacting with SPP’s suppliers and internal resources to build the right solutions for our customers
  • While you are responsible for achieving team sales and profit goals, you are also designing and implementing strategic business plans and reviews for your customers, and always looking for ways to deepen your relationships and grow the sales within your Enterprise Accounts

What you bring to the table:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentations skills with a flair for sales
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize and execute work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude at all times even during stressful or difficult situations

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • You have at least 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in French and English(Montreal, QC only)
  • Ability to travel to visit to customers within Canada.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentations skills with a flair for sales
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize and execute work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient use of Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude at all times even during stressful or difficult situations
