Love the outdoors and have a knack for sales? We're Mountain Exposure, an outdoor mountain sports sales agency, and we're looking for an Account Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about inspiring retailers and growing sales for awesome outdoor brands, this could be your next adventure!

What You'll Do:

• Drive Sales Growth: You'll manage existing accounts, find new retail partners, and help us hit our sales targets for all MTNX brands.
• Build Relationships: Be the go-to person for our retail partners, ensuring they're well-stocked and supported with reorders, merchandising, and product knowledge.
• Support & Strategy: Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and grassroots marketing initiatives. You'll also provide valuable feedback to our management team.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Enthusiastically represent our brands through in-store visits, clinics, and event support.

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for the outdoors and mountain sports.
• Proven sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• A great sense of humor and a team player attitude!
• Proximity to Calgary is preferred for this role.
