Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an Account Manager/Inside Sales Rep for a Canadian Defense contractor. The role requires 4+ years in inside sales, managing accounts, RFx, and coordinating with multiple internal teams. Travel up to 25% is expected.

You will identify expansion opportunities, support trade shows, and maintain records. The position offers uncapped commissions in addition to a posted salary range, plus professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of inside sales experience.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Experience in defense, manufacturing, or complex B2B environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination capability.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and concurrent tasks.
• Execute orders, requests, follow-ups, and ongoing account needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage PO changes, timelines, and customer updates.
• Own RFx tracking, coordination, and response development.
• Coordinate efforts with Costing, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
• Track and follow up on trade show and leads.
• Maintain accurate records, tracking systems, and reporting outputs.
• Identify expansion opportunities (new products, customers, markets, etc.).
• Support trade shows, conferences, and targeted business development efforts.
