About The Role

Our Personal Lines Leisure and Lifestyle team is seeking a Client Manager to provide front-line counseling to clients regarding leisure and lifestyle products such as watercraft, trailers, classic cars, and more. This role involves industry knowledge and expertise to support client needs and promote growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients across Canada, handling client files to meet retention targets
  • Support sales activities including quoting and binding new business for Leisure products
  • Participate in promotional events targeting Leisure and Lifestyle clients
  • Issue policies and changes via insurer online portals, maintaining relationships with underwriters
  • Review and process renewals, endorsements, and midterm changes; rewrite/remarket as needed
  • Contribute to premium growth by upselling and cross-selling coverage
  • Stay updated on insurer products, offerings, and market intelligence
What You Bring
  • RIBO License or AB level 2 in good standing, with willingness to obtain other provincial licenses
  • Over 3 years of industry experience, preferably with leisure and lifestyle products
  • Experience managing high client volumes
  • Experience in a Contact Centre environment is an asset
  • Proficiency in Broker management systems such as EPIC & ARS
  • Strong customer retention and quotation skills
  • Ability to learn NFP’s business model quickly
  • Excellent communication skills in both official languages is an asset
  • Professional insurance designations are a plus
