About The Role
Our Personal Lines Leisure and Lifestyle team is seeking a Client Manager to provide expert counseling on leisure products like watercraft, trailers, classic cars, and more. This role involves supporting clients across Canada, handling policy issuance, renewals, and upselling, within a passionate team dedicated to leisure-related insurance.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain retention targets.
2. Support sales activities including quoting and binding new business.
3. Participate in promotional events for leisure clientele.
4. Manage policies on insurer portals and foster relationships with underwriters.
5. Handle renewals, endorsements, and client communications.
6. Contribute to growth through upselling and cross-selling.
7. Stay informed about insurer products and market trends.

Qualifications

• RIBO License or AB level 2, with willingness to obtain provincial licenses.
• Over 3 years of industry experience, preferably with leisure and lifestyle products.
• Experience managing high-volume client portfolios.
• Proficiency in broker management systems like EPIC & ARS.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingualism is an asset.
• Professional insurance designations are a plus.
