Hours Per Week: 35 (Full-Time)

About the Role

Our Personal Lines Leisure and Lifestyle team is seeking a Client Manager to leverage industry knowledge and expertise in providing front-line counseling to clients regarding leisure and lifestyle products, including watercraft, trailers, classic cars, and more. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to leisure-related insurance services.

What You’ll Do
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients across Canada and manage client files to meet retention targets.
  2. Support sales activities, including quoting and binding new business for Leisure products.
  3. Participate in promotional events targeting our Leisure and Lifestyle clientele.
  4. Issue policies and changes via insurer online portals, maintaining collaborative relationships with underwriters.
  5. Review and process renewals, endorsements, and midterm changes; rewrite/remarket where necessary to enhance client experience.
  6. Contribute to premium growth by upselling, cross-selling, and referring business to other lines.
  7. Stay informed about insurer products, market trends, and offerings.
What You Bring
  1. RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) or AB Level 2 in good standing, with willingness to obtain RIBO Level 2 and other provincial licenses.
  2. Over 3 years of industry experience, preferably with broad market exposure in leisure and lifestyle products.
  3. Experience managing a high volume of clients effectively.
  4. Previous contact center experience is advantageous.
  5. Proficiency in broker management systems, including EPIC & ARS.
  6. Strong customer retention skills and ability to provide a world-class customer experience.
  7. Excellent quotation, upselling, and remarketing skills.
  8. Ability to quickly learn NFP’s business model and value proposition.
  9. Strong collaboration skills, both in person and virtually.
  10. Excellent communication skills in English; French is an asset.
  11. Professional insurance designations (e.g., CAIB, CIP, CRM) are a plus.
