Location: Ontario or Alberta – Any, Hybrid (https://www.nfp.ca/about-nfp/find-an-office)

Job Duration: Full-Time, Permanent

About The Role

Our Personal Lines Leisure and Lifestyle team is seeking a Client Manager who will utilize their industry knowledge to provide front-line counseling to clients regarding leisure and lifestyle products, including watercraft, trailers, classic cars, and more. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales, issuing policies, managing renewals, and contributing to growth targets.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage client files to meet retention targets.
  • Support sales activities, including quoting and binding new business.
  • Participate in promotional events for Leisure clients.
  • Issue policies and manage changes via insurer portals, maintaining relationships with underwriters.
  • Review renewals, endorsements, and midterm changes, and re-market where needed.
  • Support premium growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay informed about insurer products and market trends.
Qualifications
  • RIBO License or AB level 2, with willingness to obtain additional provincial licenses.
  • Over 3 years of industry/personal lines experience, preferably with leisure products.
  • Experience managing a high volume of clients.
  • Computer skills, including Broker management systems (EPIC & ARS assets).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French is an asset.
  • Professional insurance designations are a plus.
