We are looking for an Account Manager, Inside Sales for the largest automotive marketplace in Canada.

This position is responsible for growing revenues via effective inside selling techniques for all existing Trader Corporation Commercial Customers. The role involves maintaining and building a client base, serving as the primary contact, and providing excellent customer service to exceed customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing Dealer Groups and Independent Dealers’ sales revenue through various online media streams, focusing on DSS products.

What you’ll do…
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets through outbound calls.
  • Develop customer accounts by identifying high-level sales opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term account success.
  • Prepare for customer calls, assess needs, and design tailored proposals.
  • Discuss advertising needs, promote Trader products, and align solutions with customer objectives.
  • Create value-based sales by understanding customer wants and demonstrating ongoing concern.
  • Manage client communications, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance and satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of Trader’s product offerings.
Account Management:
  • Proactively service existing accounts to ensure revenue and client retention.
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to suggest new solutions.
  • Meet sales targets for assigned client base.
Administration:
  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports.
  • Negotiate rates and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
What you bring to the table…

Education and Experience:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's in Business or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of competitive sales experience.
  • At least 3 years as an Account Manager with proven results.
  • Experience in media, internet products, advertising, or marketing.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

  • Account planning and systematic management.
  • Focus on increasing sales within existing accounts.
  • Resourceful in using internal tools to find solutions.
  • Ability to educate clients and develop product knowledge.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
