We are looking for a Account Manager to join BrokerLink at our Canmore, AB branch on a permanent full-time basis.

**What the Role Entails:**

  • Managing walk-in customers and callers
  • Assisting the Personal Insurance Account Executive
  • Providing prompt customer service, advice, and addressing concerns
  • Processing incoming personal insurance paperwork
  • Assisting with quotes, coverage reviews, and updating customer files
  • Preparing documentation for insurers, issuing certificates, and processing applications
  • Handling endorsements, invoices, and follow-up on payments
  • Communicating with insurance companies, negotiating with underwriters, renewing terms, and following up on claims
  • Gathering additional information requested by underwriters and completing applications

**The Successful Candidate Will Have:**

  • Relevant skills or experience; if you believe you qualify, please apply
  • High School or post-secondary education
  • 2-5 years’ office experience
  • Commercial insurance experience (asset)
  • Level 1 General License (asset)
  • Experience with Epic (asset)
  • Previous sales experience (asset)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
