Job summary

GardaWorld cherche à recruter un Account Manager pour gérer un portefeuille diversifié de clients, optimiser les contrats et améliorer la performance opérationnelle. Vous serez le partenaire commercial principal, assurant la satisfaction client et la réussite des livraisons.

Le candidat sera responsable de la relation client, du suivi administratif des contrats et du mentorat des équipes opérationnelles, avec un accent sur le respect des normes et des résultats opérationnels.

Qualifications

• /Bachelor en Administration, Management, Finance ou domaine connexe requis/
• /Expérience 3–5 ans minimum en gestion de comptes, opérations ou service client/
• /Maîtrise de Microsoft Office/
• /Excellentes organisations et multitâches/
• /Leadership et compétences interpersonnelles/
• /Bilingue anglais/français requis/

• Comprendre en profondeur les comptes clients, contrats de service et spécifications techniques.

• /Identifier, analyser et résoudre les problèmes opérationnels et contractuels avec des solutions stratégiques/

Key Responsibilities Of The Account Manager

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client accounts, service contracts, and technical specifications.
• Manage the operational and administrative aspects of client contracts, including cost control, overtime management, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational and contractual issues by implementing effective, strategic solutions that support business objectives.
• Conduct regular client site visits and build strong, long-term professional relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Coach, support, and mentor Operations Coordinators, fostering collaboration and professional development within the team.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate workforce planning.
• Promote GardaWorld's products and services by identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships.

Qualifications And Skills For The Account Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar account management, operations management, or client services role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving operational environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required to effectively support our English-speaking clientele.
