We’re looking for a Bilingual Account Manager (Spanish/English) to join our dynamic team for a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our clients, helping them resolve issues, guiding them through solutions, and ensuring they always feel supported and valued.

What You’ll Do:
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating positive experiences and long-term relationships. You’ll:
• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Listen actively and identify customer needs to provide helpful, timely solutions
• Build trust and rapport with customers and brokers through consistent communication
• Generate sales leads and support growth through outstanding service
• Resolve issues and follow up to ensure a great customer experience
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all deliverables meet expectations
• Represent client interests internally and collaborate with teams to deliver results
• Support retention efforts by providing reliable, high-quality service

What You Bring:
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Customer-focused with 2+ years of service or account management experience
• An excellent communicator (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and great under pressure
• Collaborative and self-motivated, with a natural drive to succeed
• Bonus if you have experience working with brokers or in a fast-paced, client-facing environment!
