Job summary

Rexel Canada seeks an Account Manager to drive sales growth across Tri City (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge). You will develop strategies to expand our existing customer base and ensure exceptional service, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

You will prospect and onboard new accounts, manage relationships with key vendors, and collaborate with branches and operations to deliver results. A 2–3 year track record in sales and strong negotiation skills are required.

Job Description

As the Account Manager based in Tri City (Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge), you will develop strategies to increase sales growth in our existing customer database. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will also prospect and onboard new accounts while managing relationships with key vendors.

• You have 2-3 years of related sales experience
• You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build/maintain effective relationships
• You have a track record of achieving sales targets
• You have excellent negotiation skills
• You have a valid Driving License.

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 65000 – 75000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
