Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
• Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in business, finance, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in the financial services industry.

LLQP recommended but not required
