Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Toronto, ON. As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and act as the primary point of contact for client accounts. Responsibilities include managing client communication, overseeing project deliverables, handling client inquiries, and developing strategies to meet client needs. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of projects and drive growth opportunities.
