ARAG Legal Solutions Inc. (Canada) is seeking an ATE Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with brokers and law firms, liaising with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience. The role offers a flexible remote/in-office arrangement and occasional travel.
The position focuses on 70% existing account management, 15% sales, and 15% marketing and events, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, client reviews, and strategic client engagement.
Under the oversight of the Director of ATE, the ATE Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding business with broker and law firm partners, contributing to strategy, conducting regular law firm account reconciliations, supporting Partner Reviews, contributing to the overall marketing strategy, identifying and attending relevant events, contributing to the overall function of the ATE Team. The position will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Underwriting and ATE) to improve the entire client experience. This position provides a flexible remote/in-office arrangement depending on business needs and may require occasional travel.
