Job summary

Lemieux Bédard is seeking an Account Manager to drive health product advertising projects across digital, print, TV, and radio. You will liaise with clients and support senior leadership to deliver effective communication strategies and campaign management.

The role requires 2-3 years in an agency, strong bilingual skills in French and English, and a passion for science. A hybrid schedule in Sherbrooke/Montréal area is offered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Communications or Marketing or science with Marketing cert.
  • 2-3 years in an advertising agency.
  • Experience with prescription (HCP) and consumer (DTC) brands incl. digital, TV, radio.
  • Interest in science.
  • Proficient in French for client/supplier follow-ups (written & verbal).
  • Proficient in English for client/supplier follow-ups (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to receive briefings.
  • Ensure efficient, personalized follow-up of client projects.
  • Explain and confirm proposed concept changes with the client.
  • Prepare internal content briefs for the creative team.
  • Participate in strategic branding planning.
  • Submit projects to regulatory agencies for approval.
  • Supervise content development and ensure corrections are applied.
  • Ensure deadlines are met across project phases.
  • Supervise coordinators and set priorities.

Job description

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role on the Client Services team. They will be responsible for the progress of digital, print, television or radio advertising projects entrusted to them. In direct contact with clients, they support the Account Supervisor or Account Director by proposing effective communication strategies for the success of the health product brands under their responsibility.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Communications or Marketing
    or
    Bachelor of Science, with a certificate in Marketing
  • 2-3years' experience in an advertising agency
  • Experience working on both prescription (HCP) and consumer (DTC) brands, including digital, TV, and radio campaign management
  • General interest in science
  • Intermediate to advanced French: provide written and verbal follow-ups to French-speaking clients and suppliers; hold conversations on a regular basis
  • Intermediate to advanced English: provide written and verbal follow-ups to English-speaking clients and suppliers; hold conversations on a regular basis
Main responsibilities
Client management

  • Supervise the work of coordinators and help establish their priorities
