Account Manager

Four Eyes Financial is uniquely positioned to be North America's #1 provider of retail investment advisor technology. We are experiencing significant growth and require an Account Manager to help us retain & grow key accounts with North America's top independent investment broker/dealer firms.

If you believe that personal ownership of the client experience is key to converting customers into advocates, this role is for you. The Account Manager ensures clients are eager to purchase more products and see their needs reflected in our evolving solutions, increasing their lifetime value.

Focus Areas
Client Advocate
  • Ensure internal functions at FEF understand customers' requirements and respond appropriately.
  • Collaborate with Four Eyes' Product development to ensure our product portfolio reflects changing client needs.
  • Work with the Client Success team to ensure training, support, and projects meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with the Product Delivery team to identify opportunities for improving client services.
Manage Client Relationships
  • Document, measure, and manage customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee the successful financial and operational setup of new clients.
  • Coordinate new client integrations and existing client product launches.
  • Facilitate strategic communication within the client organization to understand priorities and meet SLAs.
  • Continuously review and communicate with all client contact points to improve service delivery.
  • Work with technical decision-makers and managers to monitor and manage SLAs for client success.
  • Manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects.
Leadership & Account Planning
  • Map the client lifecycle and lead internal FEF resources and client contacts to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure client success in using our solutions to reach their goals, and collect data for case studies.
  • Oversee billing processes, tracking actuals and estimates, and prepare month-end and year-end reports.
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships through cross-selling additional products/services, including revenue forecasts and aligning sales & marketing efforts.
  • Review client profitability and accounts receivables, addressing negative trends.
  • Present value propositions at every opportunity.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience influencing executive decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to facilitate agreements.
  • Deep understanding and experience managing CRM systems.
  • Experience in B2B technical sales or service.
