Position Details

Exempt, Grade 14

Eligible for the Sales Incentive Program (SIP).

Role Overview
  1. Manage assigned accounts or groups of accounts, focusing on creating value through technical service and identifying new product opportunities.
  2. Maintain revenue, optimize pricing, and improve gross profit.
  3. Support new business development as appropriate.
  4. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, monitor key performance indicators, perform regular testing, and maintain chemical feed equipment.
  5. Engage with mill personnel to advance projects and communicate account activities.
  6. Travel regularly within Northwestern New Brunswick, including overnight stays.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Basic understanding of the job, with some knowledge of pumping, piping, and hand tools.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 suite.
Job Complexity & Impact

Performs standard activities, gathers data, develops reports, and may operate equipment. Errors may cause rework or minor schedule delays. Impact is limited to the immediate functional area.
