We work with software companies that are redefining business in their industry along with ambitious B2B brands growing faster than ever. Our team operates 100% remotely, and we’re obsessed with growth.

We run a lean B2B content-driven machine. We own and manage multiple brands. We develop content that goes on to be seen by millions. We collaborate with some of the brightest in the industry. We have clients from around the world.

As an account manager, you will manage a group of clients and set the tone of each production project. As the liaison between our clients and our internal teams, you will act as the first point of contact and maintain day-to-day relationships with clients. You will prepare for and host meetings with the clients to inform them about the current work status of their projects and share new opportunities that allow them to achieve their KPIs. You will ensure the internal project team has everything they need to stay on task and exceed client expectations. You are the quarterback for the team.

WHAT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE DOING:
  • Ensure all client commitments are met during ongoing projects.
  • Gather key project information from clients, sales, and the strategy team, then brief the execution team.
  • Prepare internal and external project decks and reports: Progress updates, budget updates, client sync decks, etc.
  • Finalize content topics in time to support project timelines and commitments.
  • Lead point of contact for async client communication.
  • Onboard new clients into our workflows and set them up for success.
  • Contribute to, and when needed, lead client discovery sessions, ensuring that all essential information is gathered and shared with the broader team to set the strategy up for success.
  • Lead internal project team meetings.
  • Oversee client database updates and handle the creation of resourcing requests for your projects as they move into the next phase.
  • Ensure the CSM and NPS are completed on time for assigned projects.
  • Support setup of internal workflow as needed.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
  • 5 years of marketing agency experience in a similar role.
  • 5 years of B2B SaaS experience.
  • Excellent client communication skills, both live and asynchronous.
  • Ability to effectively manage and escalate (as required) competing priorities for the business.
  • Strong project and task management skills.

  • Strong communication and persuading skills, as well as customer service-oriented.

  • Interest in media as a whole and the role the internet has on culture.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form productive working relationships.
  • We're a remote team, so it's important that you're well-organized and can manage your schedule.
  • Ability to work within the Atlantic or Eastern Time Zone.
