The Requirements
  • Insurance experience or equivalent sales/customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A people person committed to providing superior client service and collaborating effectively with the team
The Responsibilities
  • Deliver the highest level of client service and care by servicing your assigned book of business
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues on client renewals and new business opportunities
  • Work to meet and exceed budgets; prospect new business with other HUB divisions
  • Identify coverage gaps and offer suitable coverage solutions
  • Manage and collect accounts receivables
  • Pursue continued professional development to enhance your skills and abilities
  • Industry certifications such as CAIB, CIP, CRM, BCIT Risk Management are preferred
  • Level 2 General Insurance License or eagerness to obtain it in a short timeframe
