Position Summary
The Account Manager is an Inside Sales role responsible for serving customers via telephone, email, teams, and occasional visits, with respect and professionalism. The incumbent is accountable for dealing with customer sales, order completion, complaints, inquiries, and processing transactions. The Account Manager understands their role as company ambassador and provides a positive experience to all customers.
