The Role, Your Impact:
Under the direction of the National Director of Regions, you will contribute to the following challenges:
- Oversee strategic accounts and work closely with Directors and VPs;
- Develop long-term strategies to grow and maintain client relationships;
- Lead negotiations and contract renewals with key clients;
- Collaborate with leadership to align account strategies with company goals;
- Analyze market trends and use client data to create tailored solutions;
- Drive new business opportunities and expand product offerings;
- Mentor and manage junior account managers;
- Ensure forecast accuracy and timely execution of initiatives;
- Lead the execution of company policies and promote a performance driven culture.
Your assets for this position:- Education: University degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience:
- Several years of experience in account management or a related field;
- Expertise in food processing or similar industries;
- Proven sales experience, ideally in managing major accounts.
- Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills;
- In-depth expertise in the food industry and complex processing systems;
- Strategic thinking with the ability to collaborate with high-level stakeholders.
- Language: Bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken.
