A leading company in the beauty industry is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales and foster relationships with clients. This full-time role requires creativity and organization, with a focus on increasing sales through training, events, and direct customer engagement. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background in Consumer Goods, particularly in the beauty sector, and will be based in the field while having flexibility for office work.
Promote and manage the development of sales in existing and new customers within your assigned territory. Manage Caudalie’s customers business by driving sell through and enhancing the frequency and volume of net shipments. Schedule and execute training to develop product knowledge, application of product skills and selling techniques. Create, execute and drive sales through events to generate excitement and brand awareness. Develop relationships and partnerships with store managers, sales associates, and boutique buyers to enhance overall growth and increase sell through. Monitor inventory in store and report inventory issues to Manager. Follow and execute marketing plan for each campaign. Work closely with Manager to enhance training skills, organization, and better practices in assigned territory. At least (2) two years of sales experience in Consumer Goods, ideally in Beauty industry Target-driven with entrepreneurial spirit, creative with the ability to work on own initiative Sales expert and building sales through Education, Events and Call Cycle. Partner with freelance teams to achieve goals. Self-motivated individual and project manager with superior prioritization & multitasking skills. Well-organized with great attention to quality and detail Proficient budget management skills including travel and expense and freelance. Basic knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. The Account Executive will be on the field at client’s locations from Tuesday thru Saturday but will be flexible to be available to work on occasions from Wednesday thru Sunday. The Account Executive will be allowed to work from home (office days) 1 to 2 days a month in agreement with Manager.
