GoTab is looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy, and fun-spirited Account Executive to join our team. GoTab is creating the next generation dining experiences with app-less mobile ordering, payments, and revenue management for the hospitality industry. If you’re located in Vancouver and looking for a creative, hard-working, and collaborative team - look no further!

As an Account Executive, you will work in an exciting, fast-paced environment for a dynamic, growth company. You will help introduce hospitality operators to GoTab’s products, proactively prospecting and bringing in your own sales leads. You will demonstrate the products, discuss value for operators, negotiate deal economics and close business. Your days are spent prospecting and talking to enterprise hospitality operators. You will drive our growth by acquiring multi-unit or growth concepts in your assigned territory and nurture these accounts into the full suite of GoTab products.

GoTab Inc., the premier contactless order and payment platform serving the hospitality industry, helps large & mid-sized restaurants, hotels, bars, breweries and other venues optimize their front-of-house service using low-cost, agile technology. Operators can offer a traditional ordering and payment experience or leverage GoTab's system that allows patrons to scan a QR code directly from their cell phones, order items via online menus, and pay securely, all without downloading an application or interacting with a server. Founded in 2016 and based in Arlington, Virginia, GoTab serves hundreds of national, regional and local full-service accounts across the country.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales goals and close business
  2. Follow up on supplied leads and develop your own prospects and pipeline
  3. Clearly articulate the differentiated value of GoTab technology to prospects
  4. Build a substantial pipeline and manage the sales process from prospecting to close
  5. Utilize GoTab’s CRM to document your sales pipeline and activities
  6. Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Self-Reliant (remote role)
  7. Focus primarily on larger “Enterprise Accounts” (large/ multiple locations or high growth concepts)

Skills & Requirements:

  1. Achieved sales goals in previous sales roles
  2. Ability to manage a long-term pipeline while generating near-term wins
  3. Closing business, with an experience in commercial negotiation
  4. Background in hospitality with a deep understanding of requirements of large and multi-unit operators
  5. 5 or more years in a sales role
  6. Technologically savvy, confident in speaking with C-Level contacts
  7. Clear and concise written and verbal communications
  8. Excellent organization and time management skills
  9. Required - BA/BS degree
