Account Executive – Hart Pump (Toronto)

Hart Pump is hiring a top-performing Account Executive to help drive our growth across the Greater Toronto Area. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. We serve Toronto’s high-rise buildings with critical pump systems and are looking for a candidate who can manage relationships, drive revenue, and support long-term customer success.

About Hart Pump

Hart Pump provides pump solutions to high-rise buildings in Toronto, working closely with leading property managers and mechanical contractors. We specialize in service, equipment upgrades, and new installations. Our reputation is built on technical excellence, fast response times, and lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a sales pipeline focused on property managers and mechanical contractors.
  • Conduct outbound sales through cold calls, LinkedIn, and in-person visits.
  • Create, present, and follow up on custom proposals for service, equipment, and project work.
  • Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure successful handoff and delivery.
  • Track activities and pipeline accurately in CRM tools like Close and HubSpot.
  • Attend industry events and site meetings to build relationships and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, building services, or facilities preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with property management, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical contractors is a plus.
