Accountabilities:

  • Drive new customer acquisition by targeting and converting mid-market real estate brokerages
  • Manage the complete sales process — from prospecting and demos to negotiation and contract execution
  • Position the platform as an essential solution that delivers measurable value to brokerages
  • Maintain a healthy and well-managed sales pipeline to consistently exceed quota targets
  • Partner with onboarding and success teams to ensure smooth customer implementation and high retention rates
  • Become a product expert and stay informed on market trends and client challenges
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain detailed records in the CRM system


Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in SaaS or proptech sales, with a history of exceeding quotas
  • Consultative selling style, with the ability to identify client pain points and align solutions to their goals
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, focused on building long-term, high-value relationships
  • Experience working with real estate brokerages or similar sectors is a strong plus
