Job summary

True North Sports + Entertainment is seeking an Account Executive, Premium Services in Winnipeg to strengthen client relationships and drive revenue through premium ticketing, packages and experiences. You will provide outstanding account support and manage a growing base of Premium Licenses and Season Ticket Members.

The role requires sales and customer service experience, post-secondary education in business or marketing, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to Premium Licenses and Season Ticket Members.
  • Manage requests professionally throughout the year to retain and grow revenue.
  • Handle a targeted list of Premium accounts and proactive contacts.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
  • Provide technical support at related events as required.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and training sessions.
  • Contribute ideas to grow revenue through premium products and packages.
  • Undertake other duties aligned with the role and organization needs.

True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a results-oriented Account Executive, Premium Services to strengthen customer relationships, provide outstanding account support, and drive revenue growth through premium ticketing, packages, and experiences.

What to be excited for in this role:
  • P r imary responsibility is to p rovide exceptional customer service and support to Premium Licenses and Season Ticket Members.
  • Manage customer requests professionally and proficiently throughout the year with a focus on building relationships and developing a rapport to ensure retention and growth of revenue.
  • Effectively and consistently manage a targeted list of Premium accounts to the highest level of customer service with targeted number of proactive customer contacts throughout the year.
  • Ensure all customer and prospect information is captured in the CRM system and maintain accurate records in the database.
  • Provide technical support and customer service at Winnipeg Jets, Manitoba Moose, and/or Canada Life Centre events as required.
  • Participate in and contribute ideas to weekly meetings and training sessions.
  • Achieve weekly touchpoint expectations through telephone, email, and in-person contacts for targets associated with growing incremental revenue for True North Sports + Entertainment including but not limited to, Winnipeg Jets ticket packages, group sales, and premium products.
  • Undertake other duties as required that are consistent with the responsibilities of the role and the needs of the organization.
What we need from you:
  • Previous successful experience in sales and/or customer service role.
  • Post Secondary education in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong understanding of customer service.
  • Deliver results and exceed expectations while working collaboratively with others.
  • Results driven with the ability to set goals and deliver on priorities.
  • Superior attention to detail and excellent personal organization.
  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
  • Proactive in anticipating problems and/or issues and providing superior customer service solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with Winnipeg Jets stakeholders.
  • Ability to generate incremental revenue through call campaigns with defined call volume targets.
  • Sound interpersonal skills and judgment to aid in management of relationships with various customers, peers, and supervisors as required in this role.
  • Very strong organizational skills to stay on task and effectively manage competing demands towards successful and timely completion of projects.
  • Must be flexible with working evenings, weekends, and holidays on an as needed basis.
